Products and Offerings of IFCHIC
IFCHIC specialises on fashion, trends and lifestyles inspired by contemporary women. They also have clothes for kids. Items you can buy at IFCHIC include; long sleeved top, blazers, jackets, bodysuits, lingerie, ear cuffs, earrings, chokers, totes, wallet, clutch bags, backpacks etc.
IFCHIC offers free shipping for orders above $300. Their shipping is of two categories, Taiwan and USA. Currently, they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. IFCHIC no longer ship shoe boxes in order to reduce environmental wastes.
If for any reason, you do not like your order, you can request for a return number from IFCHIC within 14 days from the day you receive the order. You will receive a return number via email, which will allow an additional 14 days to return the package to the warehouse. Any returns that do not arrive at IFCHIC warehouse within the 28-day period will not be accepted.
IFCHIC will refuse any merchandise that is no longer new, in used condition or without original designer garment tags attached. Any designer packaging such as boxes, dust bags, authenticity cards are also considered part of the product and must be returned with the product.
Jewelry and accessories such as earrings, ear cuffs, stockings, and socks are not eligible for return or exchange for reasons of hygiene and safety. All beauty items including skincare, cosmetics that have been used, opened, tested, will not be accepted. Also, final sale products such as fragrance, diffusers, and candles cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.
IFCHIC takes up to 2 weeks to process returns. You can expect refund 4 weeks after the return has been received at IFCHIC warehouse. Merchandise availability is not guaranteed on IFCHIC; if they are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, they will notify you via email.

It is the first time I have shopped with IFCHIC and won’t be my last. I am always on the lookout for edgy and unusual finds and this boutique is fab. So, when I saw my girlfriend with this dress, not sure if it would suit me (I am not a model with perfect arms!) but lured by the pockets and length, I gave it a go.I received excellent service, my order was processed really quickly! Nicely packaged, too. The fact that you pay attention to sustainability is really important to me. The mini dress is as described, and gorgeous! I can't wait to wear it! It will be a wonderful addition to my summer wardrobe and I know I will wear it a lot.
