Shipping policy of IVL Collective
IVL Collective offers free shipping for all orders above $100. Customers are to allow 1-3 business days for their order to process. This does not include the transit time, as all shipping transit times are based on the address the order is going to.
Returns policy of IVL Collective
Customers have 21 days from delivery to request a return. Once a return has been requested, the customer has 7 days to ship the item back to the company. If not, the order would only be eligible for store credit. For clients who would like the company to provide them with a shipping label, they should be aware that there is a $7 charge that will be deducted from the order refund.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, show no signs of wear, have original tags attached, and must also be returned in their original packaging. Returns are processed within 7-14 business days after the item is delivered back to the organization. All items that are marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
