My rating for IVRose company is three-star. I ordered maxi dresses from them only for me to receive something else. Their wide range of women's clothing, prices, packaging, and quality is appealing. Deliveries are also timely. However, I have an issue with their customer service personnel. They are not keen on details and do not care about the customers. That's why they can't give what you requested. When I reached out to them for a complaint, their response was unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. The return process has been very frustrating.
