Freedom Butterfly penadant
I bought a pendant from Jane Winchester's online shop.
It was sent out within a week, however, when it arrived, the pendant had been split in half by the shipping company.
It took approximately a week for me to hear back from customer service, who said they would refund my money but that I would be responsible for the shipping fees to send it back.
In addition, a few photographs were given to demonstrate how they were shipping replacement products to customers.
The company agreed after I explained that it was no longer necessary owing to the fact that they would be refunding my original purchase price.
