They told me that they would refund me for the necklace if it didn't arrive by October 8th, which was the day before my birthday. Well, guess what? My necklace arrived on October 3rd! Awesome!!! I am very pleased with the necklace, it is beautiful and the quality is outstanding. I would highly recommend them and will use them again myself if needed.
