So my daughter was celebrating her 21st birthday two months ago and the only gift I could think of was a diamond custom-made pendant necklace. I had visited the Jewelili website and chose my necklace design for my daughter's pendant, and made my purchase. The pendant did not arrive at the time estimated. I was so anxious that it would not come at all that I made a few phone calls to check on their progress and for any updates in shipping etc. The customer service was so apologetic during my calls and had reassured me that they would do their best to ensure that the package was delivered on time. I have never received better customer service, even with some high-end boutiques! I am so impressed with this company's follow-through, customer satisfaction, and of course their product, which is GORGEOUS! I have already recommended this company to all my friends and family. I will be making future purchases from Jewelili!
