I am writing to you today to voice my experience at JJwinks. I initially contacted them because they offered comfortable bra-free wear. They failed to help me and instead made me choose a size that did not feel right. The women working there were unprofessional and I will not recommend the store. I reached out to them for help and felt like an invisible person. The first attendant was staring at me for several minutes without even acknowledging my presence. When another arrived she did not stop to talk but only said: here where's the size that i need. And I answered with a smile and emphasized with a pointing to my chest that they are on the wrong spot. She walked away like im a nuisance saying "Dont worry ill take care of you." Seven hours later I was left there swinging in confusion because she never came back to address my issue but instead was standing near the aisle as her co-workers took care of other customers.
