Furniture cracked and customer service refused to take responsibility.
“Beautiful Furniture, But Appalling Aftercare and Accountability”
Feedback is split: some customers report smooth, full-service deliveries, while others describe serious after-sales failures. Several buyers like the look of the products and say the candle scent lasts. Other customers say furniture arrived damaged and that support refused to take responsibility. Complaints center on acrylic durability and service issues that were never resolved.

Furniture cracked and customer service refused to take responsibility.
“Beautiful Furniture, But Appalling Aftercare and Accountability”
Damaged sofa arrived and customer service failed to resolve or apologize.
“It was clearly mishandled and poorly packaged from the start.”
First purchase went smoothly with white-glove delivery and no damage.
“The credenza was even more beautiful in person”
Reviewer claims acrylic furniture is poor quality and overpriced.
“All their acrylic furniture is junk”
Two reviews describe items arriving damaged, followed by unsuccessful attempts to get repairs or refunds. Reviewers say customer service refused responsibility and did not fix the problem. No review reports a successful resolution after damage.
One review says acrylic pieces cost too much for the quality. No other review connects price to satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Price concerns appear limited to that single quality complaint.
One reviewer describes an easy first purchase with white-glove delivery and a credenza that arrived intact. Two reviewers say furniture arrived damaged, which immediately affected use. Overall, reviews show both smooth deliveries and disrupted deliveries due to damage.
Two reviews comment on quality in different ways: one calls the acrylic furniture poor, while another praises a scented candle for leaving a long-lasting fragrance. The acrylic complaint points to durability. The candle praise is a single positive mention, so it remains narrow in scope.
Two reviews describe weak communication after delivery, citing no apology and a refusal to accept responsibility. No reviews mention proactive updates, prompt follow-up, or clear corrective steps from support. These communication issues directly align with damage claims that stayed unresolved.
Reviews paint a split picture, mixing high-satisfaction purchases with major breakdowns in aftercare. Positive comments focus on delivery and fragrance; negative ones focus on damaged arrivals, acrylic durability, and service interactions that did not get resolved.

When I think of candlelight, I don't get very excited about the thought of doing something romantic by candlelight.
Compared to the last candle, this one is quite different. I would even go so far as to say that it is the greatest one I've ever used in my professional life.
In addition to having a pleasant scent, its powerful perfume remains in the air for a long time after application. It is the ultimate lighting solution, and everybody who comes into contact with it will be treated to a powerful and luxurious experience as a result of it.
Anybody who has the financial means to acquire this candle should consider doing so, in my opinion.
You are obtaining a high-quality product that will offer you many hours of enjoyment, despite the premium price point.
