I've never dealt with a company like this before. Jura Watches has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought a watch for £4500 and had to chase them to get it.

I was told that I had to contact their customer service team about an update on my product, who I had to email then they would send someone back to me within 24 hours which of course didn't happen. They don't respond to emails. Finally, they agreed to send it but after three weeks still hadn't sent it; I chased them again and they said they'll send it the next day (which was over a week after the original date they promised). To cut a long story short, I got my watch 1 month 2 weeks later. So buyer beware, check the delivery times on their website first or you will be disappointed.
