Kara has moved from being an excellent online outlet to just a mere outlet. I ordered for my daughter's camera bag and some ipad accessories for my son. The payment system was very flexible. I must tell you that the products I bought for 2 month now I have not received. Not so long after that, I placed another order, and to my surprise it took a week to be processed and another week for the confirmation email to be sent. However, it was later processed with a changed and a grossly unorganised method of payment.
When I requested a refund, they went silent. I have sent countless emails but they don’t bother answering.
They don’t answer my calls either. I hope they will read this review and answer me ASAP.
