Kardiel is a US-based company that provides their customer with an experience of a comfortable and luxurious home. It was started in 1928 and exhibited in Salon D’Automne in 1929. The company was started by passionate four family members naming Debbie, Jason, Brando, and John who were obsessed with the furniture designs of the 50s, 60s, and 70s and wanted to mix the old design with contemporary modern furniture designs. The company has the specialization of making mid-century modern furniture. They have 2 separate facilities for wood furniture and upholsters at Ho Chi Min City and Vietnam.

The Kardiel is a whole new step towards the mixture of traditional and modern furniture designs. The products they have include sofas, chairs, beds, benches, dressers, nightstands, bar cabinets, bookshelves, desks, media cabinets, sideboards, dining tables, end tables, coffee tables, dining sets, dining chairs, barstools, ottomans, wall shelves, pillows, and bath accessories.
The wood for all the wooden products is imported from Australia. Fabric is hand-selected from leading international textile designing firms and to make products environment friendly and safe, all the leather used is dyed with natural oils, and waxes and not paints, and polymers.
The Kardiel ship its product within the US and also international shipping is available. The order typically takes 7-10 business days to reach your doorstep whereas, a freight order by sea takes about 12-18 business days. No exchanges or repair services are available for international orders. The company offers 365 days return policy with the application of a 15% restocking fee. Also, the company offers 15 days return policy without a restocking fee. Items that needed to be changed must be reboxed properly and not altered.

My first time experience at this shop was fantastic! Everything I needed was available and the staff was very helpful in finding what I needed. However, my second experience was just as bad. From the customer service responses to my questions, it was clear that they didn't care about their customers anymore.
It seems like this shop has really good and really bad days, so it might be worth checking out on a day-by-day basis to see if it's a good time to go. Otherwise, there are definitely other places in town where you can get the same products.
Overall, I would say that this shop is worth checking out, but it really depends on the day and the staff's mood. If you're lucky, you'll have a great experience, but if not, you might want to go somewhere else.
