Most summaries focus on fulfillment and refunds. Several mention late shipments, missing items, or staff declining returns. One notes a quick refund for a billing error.
Many complaints center on paid shipping upgrades that did not speed delivery. Reviewers also point to return or service fees that raise the final cost. Value concerns come up across multiple summaries.
Some accounts mention unexpected orders and being pushed toward store credit. Customers also report missing events because packages arrived late. Most experience-related comments here are negative.
One review says a shirt shrank after washing. No other defect reports appear in the summaries, so product-quality issues are limited to that single case.
Several summaries say staff refused refunds or mishandled account activity. One describes clear communication that led to a refund within forty-eight hours. Positive notes on communication are rare.
The reviews mostly highlight frustration with shipping, returns, and refund results. Multiple negative reports contrast with one fast resolution, pointing to sharply mixed experiences.

Very good service!!! I hadn't received any updates on an order I'd placed. I contacted them and the customer rep informed me the order hadn't been processed and since I hadn't been charged suggested I reorder the item. I went ahead and reordered the item. Unfortunately, she worked through getting the original order processed but this resulted in a double charge. After contacting her again she was able to rectify the situation, cancel one of the orders as well as assuring I got refunded for one of the charges. I was extremely happy that I had my money back in 48 hours. I was also impressed with her follow-through and frequent correspondence via both email and phone conversation. She kept in contact to make sure everything worked out ok. The world would certainly be better if more businesses had someone like this in their workforce. Can recommend the seller
