Doormats

Was quite worried about ordering online but decided to give LadyYard a try because of the sale. Ordered some doormats and was very satisfied with what I got. There was a small delay with delivery but customer service was super responsive and friendly. Not only were they so apologetic and understanding, they proactively contacted me to offer compensation for the delay in the order. This was absolutely extraordinary service, very professional and totally understanding the customer. After a couple of days, my product was finally delivered. BTW, I love the doormats I ordered! Overall, my experience has been great. Thought a review would be good in case someone was in the same position.
