I purchased an Efoil from them about a year ago. I live in LA. During the summer, my boat sits for weeks at a time without being used on the water. Within a week of using the efoil, one of the batteries exploded into fire and burned everything in my boat to nothing. Stay away from this company. They don't answer their phones, and they won't give you a refund. I sent them an email asking them to return my and never answered my email, or returned my phone calls. Now they just won't answer the phone at all. In short, they won't return my call or give me any answers as to what happened. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
