Wedge
In my quest for elegant wedges for my wedding, I found Matisse Footwear. I loved their website that was so easy to use. In less than thirty minutes, I had gotten the exact wedge color size was first. It was thrilling, as the cost was also within my budget. So I went further to place the order through their kind customer service. Since I wanted it delivered quickly, I opted for overnight shipping. The following day I received the item. It was in a beautiful and classic package. The most unfortunate thing, it did not fit me. It was big for me. I immediately contacted customer care, and we organized for a return. It got to their store within two days. They requested that I wait for some days for them to process my refund. From their website, it takes up to ten business days. It did not bother me as long as the ten days had not elapsed. On the ninth day, I reached out to them again, and they had not processed my refund yet. I had to wait for a few other days.
