I am disappointed with my recent purchase. The sales representative, Steve, was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining what they offered and even drew up floor plans of how things would look if we purchased certain items. It looked great, so we ordered. On May 7th, I got an email saying my order had shipped and would be at my home in 3 business days. The shipment came on the third day as predicted and two of my tools were misplaced--and unable to be located before I needed them. It took 6 weeks for them to figure out what happened to them and gave me broken replacements.
