I run a perfume retail shop back in my country. For months, I had searched for a company to supply me with unique brands of perfumes. I also wanted makeup and bath products. During the search, I found a Maxaroma online shop. I was captivated by their wide range of products, the prices. I contacted them to place my order. The response I got almost made me change my mind and never buy from them again. It was disrespectful and ill-treating a customer. I assumed since they had the best prices for the products I wanted. I paid using my Mastercard which I must say was favorable for me and I opted for standard shipping. Seven days later, my perfumes had not arrived. I dreaded reaching out to customer service again but I had no option. This time I was lucky, I was attended to by another salesperson. He was a bit kind and gentle. I liked it.
