2 Pairs of Pump Shoes

I ordered 2 pairs of pumps for my daughter during Black Friday, but they arrived with one pair crushed! I called the store to report, but they are unwilling to take responsibility. They asked me to ship them back. This will cost more money in time and postage half the shoes are worth, so now what? The whole point was to get good deals for my daughter, but now the shoes are useless. If you ask me, the biggest problem with this store is their return policy is too difficult. Very few of us will order from them again because of it. . We feel so disappointed.
