The design is unique and vintage-looking. The color was beautiful and exactly as I ordered. This crossbody bag is exactly what I was looking for. The leather feels soft, the bag is roomy enough for all the essentials, and the gold accent gives it a touch of class. This bag hits all the right notes. Customer service was super friendly and their support for their customers is impeccable. They shipped my product quickly and made sure I was pleased with it before shipping it off.
