Best purchase experience. Everything I have bought from the Monticello Shop has been so beautiful and unique. All my orders were received in the agreed time and method. Customer service was understanding and accommodating when dealing with some defects in one of my orders. Their responsiveness and customer care took the stress out of an unfortunate situation. They helped make the exchange and get another mirror for me within a week. My only complaint is their selection is massive and it's hard to choose but I am excited for the next sale to add another beautiful item to my house. I highly recommend this company.
