I contacted the company and they said they would get someone to contact me, which they never did. Two days passed by and there was no response. I was disappointed and I had no option but to fill in a return. The process was very terrible. The customer service team was unhelpful and very unprofessional. The 14 days allowed for return almost elapsed before they received the product. When they finally did, it took almost forever to get my refund. This is the worst company I have dealt with. I will never buy from them or recommend them!
