Nroda provides refund and communication services. All orders usually need to be completed within 2-3 business days after the first 24 hours of placing the order or payment. If you have a specific date to order, please call them to ensure you receive the package on time or discuss express shipping options. According to the initial tracking information, all Nroda products can be returned/exchanged within the first week after receiving the order.
