Designer handbag and crystal cube dangle earrings

I ordered a designer bag and crystal cube dangle earrings for my wife from Nuroco. It was my first-time purchase from an online store and maybe the last. I paid for the items with an assurance that the delivery would be after four weeks. Four weeks later, I couldn't track my order which got me worried. I tried to contact the customer and finally explained my case to the customer service manager. However, what worries me to this date is the response I got from the customer service manager. He was uncouth in all ways and also it took another three weeks for the parcel to be delivered. I regretted buying from them while I had the option of walking into a local shop and getting the items.
