I love Nutrient survival for their quality products offered at affordable prices. I have used their different survival kits especially the 72 hours kit. But I keep wondering why they have to keep a team of unprofessional customer service. In the last two episodes, I have encountered two different persons on the phone who seemed not to understand the nature of their products and the customer’s needs.
