Warranty and return policies of O2Vape
O2Vape’s vaporizers are shipped with a no receipt, “no purchase necessary” lifetime warranty. Under this warranty, you can send the non-functioning vaporizers to them for replacement at your expense. If the model has been discontinued, it will be replaced with a comparable current model of equal value. All product accessories can be returned within 30 days. However, the return of vaporizers/batteries and cartridges are not accepted even if they are unopened. There is also a 15% restocking fee for all returned accessories.
