Bow case

I had a bad experience with Online Outdoor Closeouts. I ordered an item from them and it arrived damaged. When I complained the owner told me that I could either send the case back for a refund or get a gift card for the value of the case. When I said that was unacceptable, he told me to return it at my own expense. So I made the choice not to do business with them anymore. In sum, they have great products but terrible customer service and they refuse to admit their fault. I finally gave up. I would not order from them again because of their poor customer service.
