I am sure this review will help people who would want to buy Ooni products as they are the only one who cares for their customers. TBH, they have incredible customer service that I ever had experienced. They responded promptly to my inquiries and feedbacks. I had purchased many ovens from different companies before but never got such customer care as I got from Ooni. Also, the oven was really a great product with the best materials used in it too!
