Several reviewers say customer support did not respond after they filed complaints. Some describe returns being denied, warranty claims going unanswered, and orders left unresolved for long periods. These issues show up across separate reviews.
Reviewers describe paying for items that arrived damaged or never showed up, raising clear value concerns. Denied returns and unhonored warranties increase the risk of being stuck with the cost. One review reports a replacement that restored value, but that result is rare in the sample.
A few reviewers mention tough installs and poor fitment on certain parts. Several point to short wiring, thin instructions, and mismatched components that make installation harder. Positive usability comments are mostly limited to isolated praise for specific light types.
Multiple reviews describe defective or incompatible headlights, taillights, bulbs, and weak harnesses. Reviewers report repeated failures and problems right out of the box. One reviewer says a replacement worked, but most comments focus on defects.
Reviewers repeatedly say their messages got no response, including emails with invoices or photos. Several mention no confirmation on returns and no follow-up on warranty claims. Another account describes a long non-delivery after a large payment.
Most reviews describe unresolved problems tied to service and product reliability. Many one-star accounts stand in sharp contrast to one high-rated review that credits a replacement. Overall, the comments point to risk around post-purchase support and parts that may not fit.

After 3 of my friends bought color shift wireless controllers for their vehicles, they recommended that I buy the same for my wife. I searched for the company online and I like the ease of navigating through their site. In less than ten minutes, I had identified a perfect color shift wireless controller. The ordering process was seamless with the help of the customer care service. I was eager to see how it would work. Unfortunately, it was faulty. I had no option but to call the company to let them know about it. For two days they were unreachable via call and email. I was worried as I did not know the way forward. On the third day, I was lucky and I talked to the company’s customer care rep who was very apologetic. He advised me on the return process after which a working remote controller was sent to me. It is one month now and it is working fine. I love how the colors change. It is just amazing!
