Not happy with this Oradix!! I had high hopes for you. However, after receiving the wrong product I can't recommend it. Their customer service was not helpful too and the delivery was poor.
And of course, I expect when your customers experience an issue with one of your products, they expect a quick and effective fix. While an apology and a refund might suffice for smaller issues, sometimes you need to bring in the big guns โ over-the-phone customer service โ to provide detailed answers and proven solutions to your customers' unique problems.
No matter how intuitive or attractive your product is, it's useless if it doesn't meet the needs of your target consumer.
