Honestly, I had a terrible experience with Outer.com. I bought a bug shield blanket because of a sale. The system automatically suggested an address for me. Thinking that this would be better formatting for Outer I selected it. Turns out it removed my apt number from line 2 and put it in line 1. My package was shipped but the label cut off my apt number. I watched my package arrive and then return to its sender. I called and the rep assured me a new one would be sent right away. I had to call back a few days later to find out the product still hadn’t shipped. Basically waited for 3 more weeks for a product that was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. If you’re planning to order make sure you don’t select their suggested addresses or you might not get your product.
