Customer received an empty package and was not refunded.
“sent empty package and claimed it must have been stolen”
Most reviews describe breakdowns in order fulfillment and after-sales support. Customers repeatedly mention missing, damaged, or empty parcels. Many say refunds were refused or delayed, and their messages got no reply. A small number report acceptable products or deliveries that arrived intact.
Examples from available reviews (Dec 2021 – Mar 2026).
Customer received an empty package and was not refunded.
“sent empty package and claimed it must have been stolen”
Returned expensive items but company acknowledged receipt and did not refund.
“they agreed they have them but won’t issue a refund!!”
Order arrived intact but customer service ignored a price-match request.
“I would have give them a 4-star rating if they would answer my request for a price match”
Sunglasses were nice but delivery and support were poor.
“I don’t recommend the company to prospective buyers.”
Reviews frequently mention fulfillment problems, including missing items, incorrect items, and damaged parcels. Several customers say their returns were received but refunds were not paid. These issues drive most of the negative feedback.
Poor value is tied mainly to unresolved refunds and lost shipments that leave buyers out of pocket. Only a small number of reviews raise product construction concerns, and they are not common.
Customers describe repeated frustration with ordering and returns, citing incorrect return addresses, long investigation delays, and slow responses. A few still report items arriving in good condition despite the service problems.
Few reviews comment directly on product quality. One reviewer clearly said the quality was poor. Another praised the sunglasses, so the limited feedback is mixed.
Many reviewers say emails and customer-service requests received no answer. One customer specifically mentions a price-match request that went unanswered, while others describe replies as slow or unhelpful.
The reviews contrast many one-star service complaints with occasional mid-range ratings. Overall sentiment leans negative because recurring fulfillment and after-sales issues outweigh the scattered positive product notes.

I purchased a pair of Palm Angels Sunglasses and I love them; they're super cute, retro and chic. However, it took 15 days to get them, which is way longer than any other glasses I've ever bought. Besides, some of my calls were unanswered when I wanted an explanation when the delivery could be done. Eventually when the rider came, he was unapologetic and was in a hurry to leave without giving me room for a talk. I don’t think I will contact the company again for any sunglasses. I feel betrayed besides their advertisement of epic services! I don’t recommend the company to prospective buyers.
