"I greatly appreciate the kind and prompt support. Thank you so much for all your help - I had tried and tried to crack my ZIP file password, but could not do it. The program worked perfectly! The support team is very nice and friendly. Whenever I have problems with forgotten passwords, I get a response within minutes, and they give me a solution within 2 hours. In addition, they are not overly expensive. The quality of service deserves even higher charges. I would recommend this program to anyone who needs to recover their windows password. It is easy to use and very effective. I had a great experience."
