When I found it, the staff members were being so warm and helpful. While I was waiting a moment, the friendly staff greeted me with a smile and showed me around their warehouse. They were very helpful, but most importantly they were patient with my lack of knowledge about how all of the different headphones worked.The company really appreciated people coming by and choosing their set of headphones. From my interaction, I can keep going back to them to buy more things because they are also very flexible with their payment terms which is also a plus!
