"Ordered a pair of shoes a few months back and after wearing them a few times, the heel broke. I emailed Public Desire customer service to see if I could exchange or get a refund, and I received a response within minutes apologizing and they gave me a free return so I could exchange. They were very kind and so helpful. They offered all the relevant information I needed for the return process which was hassle-free. I appreciate the team and would highly recommend shopping with them as the customer service I got was very good and the company has a variety of shoes.
