About Quilted Koala

A grandmother who loved her grandson, and also traveled around the world for tourism, one day came back with a koala bear as a present to him, from a trip she made. Her grandson was so excited about it and loved the koala bear so much, he named him Sugar Stuff.

At this time, his family had a business, and he was not one of those kids who loved to say I want to be a doctor, an engineer, or a pilot, he always said he wants to be in the family business. In 1920, his grandfather was into the sales of corduroy and his father sold fabrics for apparel. For the love of this tradition, he started an enterprise that was into the crafting of fabric for quilters.

When he grew up and got married, he and his wife launched Quilted Koala to bring lovely and amazing designs to the market. This little boy who grew into a man and owns the Quilted Koala is; David Weinstein alongside his wife; Stephanie Oppenheim. Quilted Koala is a fashion line based in New York City that is majorly into the sales of bags and other fashion accessories.
