Black Itallian pebble belt

I ordered two belts from the Roger Ximenez online store for my husband's birthday. They were meant to arrive two business days after the day of ordering, but one of them arrived broken, and they refused to fix it. I was quite disappointed.



They placed the blame on me as a result of a defect in the product.



My irritation was heightened by their assumption that I was the source of the problem.



Not to mention the possibility that they have already received a faulty good.



They didn't have any apologies to offer.



The only way I could get any form of response was to leave two phone messages and send an email.



When I do, they are quick to point out my mistakes.



It's a complete embarrassment!
