Several reviews mention rapid shipping and quick handling by named staff. Other reviews describe weeks of delayed or missing updates. Service depends heavily on the order.

Many users describe quick processing and an easy ordering process. Some customers say they could not adjust to premium progressive lenses and struggled with adaptation. Most usability complaints focus on the lenses, not the ordering steps.
Multiple reviews praise progressive lenses for improving reading and matching prescription needs. A smaller number report fit or adjustment problems with premium progressive lenses. Product feedback trends positive, with a few isolated fit or quality issues.
Some reviewers mention proactive outreach from an optometrist and regular email updates. Others report no replies and no contact for long periods after payment. Communication differs sharply from case to case.
Positive reviews highlight fast shipping, responsive staff, and lenses that work well. Negative reviews focus on missing updates and support that cannot be reached after payment. Overall, feedback is split between strong approval and specific service failures.

I just want to say that I'm so grateful to Rx-able. Their progressive lenses have been a godsend for my new prescription! It's been years since I've been able to read comfortably on my phone! I am also very appreciative of their amazing customer service. I had problems with my account, but it was quickly resolved by their support team. The team also made sure to follow up and make everything right. From the delivery which was so prompt and the packaging was amazing. No damage at all. Their prices are great too.
