I was so disappointed with my last non-stick skillet that I didn't think I'd want another one. So, when I got a new set of pots and pans from sardel, I was really surprised. So, I decided to buy this non-stick 10" skillet hoping that it would be a good product. When I got the box and took out the contents, I was very impressed by the quality. The skillet is much lighter than my previous one which makes it easy to handle. The most important part, however, was its ability to cook without sticking. The unit is just the right size for cooking pancakes. I love the handle too, easy to pick up and sturdy enough. It has changed everything and it is my favorite by far!
