I was very pleased with the satin sheets I bought from Seamido but I’m not impressed with the delivery and CS. I got off to a bad start having my first order cancelled due to it being out of stock and the only indication I had was a refund from Paypal. Then, my second order arrived late. It was meant to come on Tuesday but never did. I had to ring them everyday and ask why I hadn't had a dispatch email. After chasing for 3 days once a day I finally got a tracking number and it was delivered Friday 3 days late!

Although it was late and the CS isn't fantastic, they do answer the phone as people have said they don't, but don't answer emails. Not impressed with this I am afraid what a shame!
