I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order because I would not have ordered anything from this site. I ordered my leather shoes on Wednesday and they were delivered on Monday. I was so excited to get my new shoes, but when I opened the box, I was disappointed. The shoes were not the same color as the ones online and they looked very cheap. I contacted customer service and they said that I could return the shoes, but I would have to pay for the return shipping. I refused to pay for the return and they wouldn't waive it so I just kept them. I want to know why companies always say "free returns" when you order their products but then turn around and charge you a bunch of money if you actually do what they said and send the product back. It's not fair. Be warned if you order from this company, they will charge your credit card whether you like the product or not.
