I had ordered a Neck & Shoulder Massager. I have a bad neck and wanted to use it after work. Unfortunately, it looked like a toy and didn't massage like one – there were no massage settings and even the vibration wasn't strong enough at all. I was very surprised when it came, the manufacturer didn't pay any attention to the design, that thing is too big to be held in your hands and supposed to have an effect. I'm not surprised that pain relief device is one of the main sectors of their business – they're earning on gullible people every day, who think they're ordering something helpful. Besides, the delivery guy came too late when I had left the house, and insisted he would deliver the product right away if I had to come back and pick it up myself. I don't recommend the company!
