Never Ever Purchase anything from this scam of a company! I was so disappointed by the so-called Solo Mio. I ordered a 14k Solid White Gold necklace for my wife on March 12th and the company assured me that they will deliver the product within 7-14 business days. Months later, I have not received my surprise gift yet, and the company didn't have the courtesy to inform me of what was going on. Every time I reached out to them in regards to my orders via email, Facebook & Instagram I never got any response. Or sometimes all I could get was generic responses. Honestly, this customer doesn't care about their customers. I spent $100 on the orders that I never received. They are a scam!! Don't purchase from them! They took my money away!!
