I was going out of town and placed an order so that I would have a skateboard while on vacation. I placed an order on Wednesday night. The web site says orders will be processed within 2-5 days. Obviously that means my order would process by the following Wednesday morning and ship that day. I paid for overnight delivery, meaning it would deliver to me on time. However, the company never processed my order. When I sent email about it they apologized and promised me to deliver it to me. However they never selected overnight delivery and my product did not arrive until four weeks later. Too bad I had to go on my vacation with no skateboard..
