I was in a lot of pain, so I decided to go around The Loop and visit a few mattress stores. The Cradle Company sold me the most expensive mattress, but they told me I was getting the best quality mattress to fit my condition. After I got home and slept on it, my pain was not showing any signs of improvement. When I went back to complain, the rude staff didn't even help me with my situation or offer me another option. Instead, they made me feel guilty for buying their product in the first place. Three days later, when all my pain medication ran out and I needed a refill, I guess it was just a coincidence that The Cradle Company was conveniently not open on Sundays or holidays. Overall, a terrible terrible experience.
