Never been treated disrespectfully by a salesperson like I was during my ordering process from this store. Everything about the site, product quality, prices, delivery is admirable. But the customer service which according to my thinking should be superior was terrible customer service. The personnel could not answer very simple questions politely. This wasted my time. To some point I requested that I talk to the Customer care service rep or the manager but I never got to. I almost canceled my order but I decided to complete the process but never to buy anything no matter the price or quality from them. Save yourself problems by avoiding this shop!
