When I bought my good on the website, I got an email and it showed the way to track my parcel. However,I return to the website several times and it has no track information about my parcel.Also, they shows that if consumers have problems they can call a number but regardless of how many times I called, I never talked to a human being. I only got automated responses and my calls were always unanswered. Personally,I think it could be better to provide an email address.
Anyway, good luck but I don’t think I’ll order from this site again and I don't recommend it .
