Service feedback is divided between strong praise and sharp complaints. Several reviewers said phones arrived “as described” and commended the service. At least one review cautioned not to expect good service.
Only a small number of reviews discuss value. One long-time buyer praised the selection and pricing. Another said prices were in line with other sellers and questioned whether the positive reviews were genuine.
Most experience comments cluster on the negative side. Multiple reviewers used words like “scam” and “crook,” and urged others to avoid the seller. These warnings appear across different posts, not as one isolated complaint.
Product quality comments are mixed, with more negative reports. Several reviewers mention refurbished devices that arrived damaged, were defective, or failed quickly. Others describe devices that held up well and point to helpful service over longer relationships.
Communication feedback stays consistently negative. Reviewers describe calls that went unanswered, long waits for account confirmation, and a surprise transaction fee. Some also report staff who were rude or unhelpful.
Reviews are sharply split between very positive and very negative stories. Some customers describe dependable orders and continued use. Others report alleged fraud, poor communication, and products they couldn’t use.

Reviewer warns not to expect good service or communication here.
“DO NOT expect that here at this CHOPSHOP bad door garage sale”
I was searching for a perfect present to give my husband on fathers day for being a doting father to our twins. I came across a beautiful watch at The Closeout and I thought it would make a great gift for him. In fact, I was so sure he would love it that I ordered two watches from the site.
When the order got fulfilled, both of us were happy to see that there were two wrapped boxes. We opened them up and were delighted to find gorgeous designer watches inside. My husband loved his gift and wore it regularly and still does.
I think I will shop for more at The Closeout and I would recommend the products to my friends as well. –Joni
