This store took advantage of my situation.

To complete an eBay transaction for a guitar, I was asked to ship it to their address, despite the fact that they had previously said that they would not charge any shipping fees to me.

When I received the guitar, it was clearly in horrible condition, having clearly been used.

By email, I informed them of the problem and requested that they return the guitar without charging me for shipping. They complied with my request.

However, they did not supply me with a return postage label and instead told me that I could return it through UPS for a replacement.
