Do NOT purchase anything from this company! I purchased a leather duffle bag on October 29th and was told it would arrive in 2-5 days. It is now November 21st and I still do not have my bag and they will not respond to my emails or phone calls. They were very responsive at the beginning of my order process, but once I had paid for the bag they went completely quiet. If you read any of the other reviews on various websites they all have a very similar story. This is clearly fraud and we should report them to our credit card provider as fraudsters. I am now going to contact the authorities who will hopefully be able to track down this company and stop it from operating.
