My experience at Tokyo Dreams was not pleasant. I placed a large $1,000 order for anime apparel with them and the package arrived 35 days later. When it came, their apparel didn't fit me and I had to pay $50 to ship it back because they charge you $25 each time you want to return an item. I had to incur the extra charges hoping for something better that didnโt even materialize after the long wait. I had to keep on calling them and asking about the whereabouts of the order without a proper answer. I eventually gave up and patiently waited for the company to either refund me in full or provide my order. I donโt recommend the company!
